Trimurti Arts, Commerce, and Science College held a solemn program to observe the Punyatithi (death anniversary) of Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the legendary warrior queen, whose unparalleled courage and defiance continue to inspire generations.

The commemoration began with the traditional lighting of the lamp (Deep Prajwalan). Following this, students presented a captivating portrayal of Rani Lakshmibai’s life, bringing to life the extraordinary journey of this iconic figure.

Principal Dr. R. Arsule Sir lauded Rani Lakshmibai as an undefeated and fearless female leader in Indian history. He highlighted her unparalleled valor during the 1857 War of Independence. Dr. Arsule Sir reminded everyone of her defiant words,

“I will not give up my Jhansi”, emphasizing how this declaration challenged British rule and ignited the spirit of resistance.

The Principal stressed that Rani Lakshmibai’s tales of bravery instill the seeds of patriotism and self-respect in students. Her life serves as a powerful testament to courage, resilience, and unwavering dedication to one’s homeland.
