A Day of Gratitude: Trimurti College Celebrates Teachers with Enthusiasm

On Thursday, September 5, Trimurti Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Nevasa Phata, under the Trimurti Pawan Pratishthan, celebrated Teacher’s Day with great enthusiasm. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the educators who play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of students. The celebration was attended by distinguished guests, including Dr. Kishor Dhanwate and Sunil Khandagale.

The program was presided over by the college’s respected Principal, Dr. Changdevrao Arsule. The special presence of Vice Principal Barge Nikita, Prof. Navthar Rajashree, Head of Arts and Examination Department Prof. Jawale Santosh, and Head of Cultural Department Prof. Avare Pravin added to the significance of the event. A large number of faculty members, including Prof. Borude Rahul, Prof. Khedkar Somnath, Prof. Vairagar, Prof. Bhavar, Prof. Ashutosh Palhare, Prof. Devtarse Sir, Prof. Sukalkar, Prof. Lohkare, Prof. Darandale, Prof. Aragade, Prof. Aniket Arasule, Prof. Gund, Prof. Gangurde, Prof. Auti, Prof. Thorat, Prof. More, Prof. Devkar, Prof. Dhakifale, Prof. Wanjare, Prof. Kolhe, Prof. Jadhav, Prof. Gaikwad, Prof. Misal, Mrs. Pathade, Mrs. Anarse, and Mrs. Kulkarni, were also in attendance. The valuable guidance of Dr. Anuradha Gore Madam was also acknowledged.

A unique feature of the celebration was the ‘Student Teacher’ initiative, where students took on the responsibility of teaching. This gave them a firsthand experience of the teaching profession and a deeper appreciation for their educators’ efforts. In their addresses, the chief guests spoke about the vital role of teachers in society and a student’s development, also reflecting on the ideologies of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Principal Dr. Arsule Sir emphasized the importance of using new technologies to enrich students’ knowledge.

The cultural department also organized various performances, including songs, poems, and dances, as an expression of gratitude from the students. The entire program was an inspiring and unforgettable event, perfectly blending a show of appreciation with meaningful activities.
