On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the grand finale of the ‘Srujanrang’ Cultural and Literary District-Level Competitions was held with great enthusiasm at New Arts, Commerce and Science College (Autonomous), Ahmednagar. The event, organized jointly by Savitribai Phule Pune University, the National Service Scheme (NSS), and the host college, aimed to foster a spirit of scientific and artistic research among students.

The program began with a ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by an introduction from Prof. Ganesh Nimse, who outlined the event’s schedule and vision. During the inauguration, the esteemed guests shared their motivational thoughts, encouraging the students. The competition featured a wide range of events, including Poetry Recitation, Essay Writing, Elocution, Wall Painting, Powada Singing, and Street Play, drawing enthusiastic participation from students across various colleges in Ahmednagar district.

The inaugural session was graced by special guests Mr. Krishna Bhadalkar and Mr. Shantanu Lamdhade, both Senate Members of Savitribai Phule Pune University. They were joined by Mr. Sandeep Palve (Management Council Member), Dr. Nayana Kadale, and Dr. Abhijit Kulkarni (Director, Student Development Board), all of whom encouraged the students. The session was presided over by Principal Dr. Balasaheb Sagde of the host college.

The students’ participation was meticulously planned and implemented by the college’s NSS Department, under the leadership of Program Officer Prof. Pranjal Thorat and Assistant Program Officer Prof. Ashutosh Palhare, who also guided the students throughout the competition.

The valedictory session was attended by Prof. Swamiraj Bhise Sir (NSS Member, SPPU) and Dr. Sanjay Kalamkar (Vice Principal, Commerce) as chief guests, with the latter presiding over the session. The artistic performances by the students received an overwhelming response from the audience, who were captivated by the emotional poems, impactful social messages in the street plays, and heroic tales in the powadas. The organizers expressed that ‘Srujanrang’ significantly helps in developing self-confidence, leadership qualities, and social awareness among students.

Arts, Commerce, and Science College, was held at the R.B.N.B. campus in Shrirampur. The event saw a display of exceptional strength, strategy, and sportsmanship from all participating teams.

The program was presided over by the respected President and Principal of the host college. The organizing bodies honored all the physical directors and coaches for their invaluable guidance and commitment to nurturing sporting talent.

On Monday, September 8, 2025, the inter-collegiate Archery Competition, organized jointly by Savitribai Phule Pune University and the Ahmednagar District Sports Committee, concluded successfully at Dadasaheb Rajale Patil Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Pathardi. The event was presided over by the respected Mr. Rahul Dada Rajale, Trustee of the Dadasaheb Rajale Trust. All the participating physical directors and coaches were honored for their contributions to the sport.

Our college, Trimurti Arts, Commerce, and Science College, is incredibly proud of the outstanding performance of its four participating students. They delivered an exceptional performance, securing top ranks in their respective categories:

  • Sakshi Sunil Edke secured the First Rank in the Recurve Round (Girls).
  • Anuj Patil secured the Second Rank in the Compound Round (Boys).
  • Chetan Adhav secured the Third Rank in the Compound Round (Boys).

The program was presided over by the college’s respected Principal, Dr. Changdevrao Arsule. Trimurti Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Nevasa Phata, marked a joyous and disciplined end to its seven-day Ganesh festival with a grand Visarjan procession. The event was a spectacular display of devotion and unity, reflecting the spiritual and cultural ethos of the college.

Before the procession began, the institution’s esteemed Vice President paid a visit to the college, offering her blessings. Throughout the entire procession, Principal Dr. Arsule Sir was present, ensuring that the event proceeded smoothly and without any hindrance. The procession was a resounding success, filled with energy and enthusiasm.

A special note of appreciation goes to the exceptional discipline shown by the students and faculty. Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Arsule Sir and Dr. Gore Madam, the procession set a perfect example of how a large-scale event can be managed with grace and order. The security guards also provided excellent cooperation, contributing to the smooth flow of the event.
