Trimurti Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Trimurtinagar, Nevasa, vibrantly celebrated the birth anniversary of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The event served as a powerful reminder of Tilak’s immense contributions to India’s freedom struggle and his enduring legacy as a visionary leader.
The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp (Deep Prajwalan). Principal Dr. Arsule Sir, along with students and faculty members, paid their respects by offering garlands to Tilak’s portrait. This act of reverence set a solemn yet inspiring tone for the day’s proceedings.

Following the tribute, Principal Dr. Arasule Sir addressed the gathering, delivering an insightful speech that celebrated Tilak’s revolutionary ideology. He notably quoted Tilak’s iconic slogan,
“Swaraj (self-rule) is my birthright, and I shall have it!”, a powerful declaration that ignited the flames of patriotism across the nation.
